ნიკო სამადაშვილი (დ. 19 ივლისი, 1905, ხიდისთავი, ტფილისის გუბერნია ― გ. 1 მაისი, 1963, თბილისი) — ქართველი პოეტი.
მოთხრობების პირველი კრებული 1989 წელს გამოქვეყნდა. მისი ცხოვრების პერიოდში ერთი ლექსიც არ დაბეჭდილა მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ გერონტი ქიქოძე, ვახტანგ კოტეტიშვილი და ერეკლე ტატიშვილი, თვით გალაკტიონ ტაბიძეც განსაკუთრებულ პოეტად აღიარებდნენ. ცხოვრობდა და ასწავლიდა ბორჯომის რაიონის სოფელ სადგერის დაწყებით სკოლაში. 1943 წლის 12 იანვარს დააპატიმრეს და ომის შემდეგ გამოუშვეს, თუმცა ინტრიგები, შევიწროებები და უკიდურესი სიდუხჭირე ცხოვრობის ბოლომდე სდევდა სამი შვილის მამას. მისი პირველი ლექსები დაიბეჭდა 1967 წელს „ლიტერატურულ საქართველოში“, ხოლო პირველი კრებული „ბეთანია“ გამოვიდა 1973 წელს და მომდევნო 80-იან წლებში.
