ივანე სხირტლაძე ხარებას ძე (დ. 22 ივნისი, 1894 — გ. 11 მარტი, 1948) — ქართველი ფსიქიატრი.
ივანე სხირტლაძემ 1923 წელს დაამთავრა როსტოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. 1923-1924 წლებში მუშაობდა ქალაქ როსტოვის ფსიქიატრიულ კლინიკაში ალექსანდრე იუშჩენკოსთან. ხელმძღვანელობდა ნოვოჩერკასკის (1924-1926), სურამისა (1927-1928) და ქუთაისის (1928 წლიდან) ფსიქიატრიულ საავადმყოფოებს. მისი თაოსნობით ქუთაისში დაარსდა ფსიქო-ნერვოლოგიური დისპანსერი (1933) და ფსიქიატრიული კოლონია ბავშვთა განყოფილებით (1935). დიდი ღვაწლი მიუძღვის აგრეთვე ქუთაისის სამეანო-საფერშლო სკოლისა და ფსიქიატრიული დისპანსერის დაარსებაში. ივანე სხირტლაძე დასავლეთ საქართველოს ფსიქიატრიული დახმარების ქსელის ერთ-ერთი ფუძებდებელია.
