სამოქალაქო უფლებების აქტი — აშშ-ის კანონმდებლობის ერთ-ერთი ღირსშესანიშნავი აქტი, რომელმაც კანონგარეშედ გამოაცხადა დისკრიმინაცია რასის, კანის ფერის, რელიგიის, სქესის ან ეროვნული წარმოშობის მიხედვით.
გაუქმდა არათანაბარი საარჩევნო უფლბები, რასობრივი სეგრეგაცია სკოლებში. სამოქალაქო უფლებების აქტს ხელი მოაწერა აშშ-ის პრეზიდენტმა ლინდონ ჯონსონმა თეთრ სახლში 1964 წლის 2 ივლისს.
