ოკუპაცია
ოკუპაცია (ლათ. occupatio) — რომელიმე სახელმწიფოს შეიარაღებული ძალების მიერ სხვა ქვეყნის ტერიტორიის დროებით დაკავება. ოკუპაცია უნდა გავმიჯნოთ ანექსიისაგან, რომელიც ერთი სახელმწიფოს მიერ სხვა ქვეყნის სრულ ან ტერიტორიის ნაწილის ძალით მიერთებას გულისხმობს.
