სათვალთვალო ბორბალი (პოპულარულად „ეშმაკის ბორბალი“) — ატრაქციონი, დიდი ზომის ვერტიკალურად აღმართული ბორბალის სახით, რომლის გარსზე მიმაგრებულია კაბინები მგზავრთათვის. სათვალთვალო ბორბალი, როგორც წესი, გასართობი პარკების განუყოფელი ნაწილია.

მსოფლიოს უდიდესი სათვალთვალო ბორბალია 165 მეტრი სიმაღლის „სინგაპურის მფრინავი“, სინგაპურში. ამუშავდა 2008 წლის 11 თებერვალს, ხოლო საჯაროდ გაიხსნა იმავე წლის 1 მარტს. მანამდე რეკორდსმენი იყო 160 მეტრით „ნანჩანის ვარსკვლავი“, ქალქ ნანჩანში, ძიანსის პროვინცია, ჩინეთი, რომელიც 2006 წლის მაისში გაიხსნა. უფრო ადრე კი - ლონდონის თვალი 135 მ-ით. გაიხსნა 1999 წლის 31 დეკემბერს, ახალი ათასწლეულის მიჯნაზე.
