შარია (არაბ. شريعة [ʃariːʕa(tun)] (ჭეშმარიტი) — გზა, ერთგვარი ქცევის კოდექსი - აერთიანებს ისლამის უფლებებს, მორალურ-ეთიკურ და რეგლიგიურ ნორმებს. საზღვრავს მუსლიმანის ცხოვრებას და ისლამში მიიჩნევა „მარადიულ და შეუცვლელ“ ღვთიურ დადგენილებად. რელიგიური უფლებების ერთ-ერთი აღმსარებლობითი ფორმაა.
