ბრიტანეთის ოსტინდოეთის კომპანია — ინგლისური და მოგვიანებით (1707 წელს, კავშირის ხელშეკრულების გაფორმებიდან) ბრიტანული სააქციო საზოგადოება. კომპანია შეიქმნა ოსტინდოეთიდან ვაჭრობის ხელშესაწყობად, თუმცა ის ძირითადად საქმიანობას ინდოეთის სუბკონტინენტზე ეწეოდა.

კომპანია ძირითადად ვაჭრობდა ბამბით, აბრეშუმით, ჩაით, ინდიგოთი, კალიუმის ნიტრატით და ოპიუმით. კომპანია ასევე ახორციელებდა ინდოეთის სამხედრო და პოლიტიკურ კონტროლს. კომპანიის მმართველობა ინდოეთში დაიწყო 1757 წელს პლესის ბრძოლიდან და გრძელდებოდა 1858 წლამდე, როდესაც ინდოეთის 1857 წლის აჯანყების შემდეგ ბრიტანეთმა მიიღო ინდოეთის უკეთესი მართვის აქტი, რითიც ინდოეთი ბრიტანეთის გვირგვინის პირდაპირი მმართველობის ქვეშ გადავიდა. კომპანიამ არსებობა 1874 წელს ოსტინდოეთის საფონდო დივიდენდების გაცემის აქტით დაასრულა.

On page 3, a letter written by Elizabeth I on 23 January 1601 ("Witnes o^r selfe at Westminster the xxiiij^th of Ianuarie in the xliij^th yeare of o^r Reigne.") states, "Haue been pleased to giue lysence vnto o^r said Subjects to proceed in the said voiadgs, & for the better inabling them to establish a trade into & from the said East Indies Haue by o^r tres Pattents vnder o^r great seale of England beareing date at Westminster the last daie of december last past incorporated o^r said Subjecte by the name of the Gou^rno^r & Companie of the me^rchaunts of London trading into the East Indies, & in the same tres Pattents haue geven them the sole trade of theast Indies for the terme of XV^teen yeares ..."
