თავისუფალი დემოკრატიული პარტია (გერმ. Freie Demokratische Partei, FDP) — ლიბერალური პოლიტიკური პარტია გერმანიაში. დაარსდა 1948 წელს გერმანიაში მეორე მსოფლიო ომამდე არსებული ყოფილი ლიბერალური პოლიტიკური პარტიების - გერმანიის დემოკრატიული პარტიისა და გერმანიის სახალხო პარტიის წევრების მიერ. არის სიდიდით მეოთხე პარტია გერმანიაში. არაერთხელ ყოფილა უმცროსი პარტნიორი გერმანიის კოალიციურ მთავრობაში. პარტიის ერთ-ერთი დამფუძნებელი და პირველი თავმჯდომარე იყო გერმანიის პირველი ბუნდესპრეზიდენტი თეოდორ ჰოისი.
2021 წლის ფედერალური არჩევნების შემდეგ პარტია გახდა შოლცის კაბინეტის ნაწილი სოციალ-დემოკრატიულ პარტიასთან და მწვანეებთან კოალიციით.

თავისუფალ დემოკრატიულ პარტიას აღწერენ, როგორც ლიბერალურ,[1][2][3] კონსერვატიულ-ლიბერალურ,[4][5][6] კლასიკურ-ლიბერალურ[7][8][9] და ლიბერალურ-კონსერვატიულ პარტიას.[10][11] პარტიის პოლიტიკურ პოზიციას სხვადასხვაგვარად აღწერენ, როგორც ცენტრისტულს,[12][13] მემარჯვენე-ცენტრისტულს[18] და მემარჯვენეს.[19][20]
