კისანგანი (1966 წლამდე — სტენლივილი, ფრანგ. Kisangani) — ქალაქი კონგოს დემოკრატიული რესპუბლიკის ჩრდილო-აღმოსავლეთში, ჩოპოს პროვინციის ადმინისტრაციული ცენტრი.
ისტორია
დაარსდა 1883 წელს ჰენრი მორტონ სტენლის მიერ. თავდაპირველად ქალაქს ერქვა სტენლივილი.
1961 წელს კონგოს კრიზისის დროს სტენლივილში მდებარეობდა პატრის ლუმუმბას ცენტრალური ხელისუფლების ოპოზიციური დაჯგუფების მობუტუ სესე სეკოს შტაბი. 1964 წელს სტენლივილში ბელგიელი პარაშუტისტების ძალებით თეთრკანიანი მძევლების გასათავისუფლებლად, რომლებიც ტყვედ აიყვანეს სიმბას მოძრაობის შავკანიანმა აჯანყებულებმა, ჩატარდა ოპერაცია «წითელი დრაკონი». კონგოს მეორე ომის დროს ქალაქი გახდა საბრძოლო მოქმედებების არენა. 1998 წლის 23 აგვისტოს კისანგანი დაიპყრო მოძრაობა კონგოს დემოკრატიისათვის აჯანყებულებმა[1], რომლებმაც აქ 1999 წელს განალაგეს საკუთარი რეზიდენცია. 2002 წლის 14 მაისს მოხდა სისხლისღვრა კისანგანიში — ომის ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე უფრო სისხლიანი მოვლენა.
გეოგრაფია
პორტი მდინარე კონგოზე, ბოიომის ჩანჩქერის ქვემოთ. მდებარეობს 324 კმ-ით სამხრეთით ქალაქ ბუტადან, 572 კმ-ით სამხრეთ-დასავლეთით ქალაქ ისიროდან და 696 კმ-ით სამხრეთ-დასავლეთით ქალაქ ბუნიადან, ზღვის დონიდან 447 მეტრ სიმაღლეზე[2].
მოსახლეობა
2010 წლის მონაცემებით მოსახლეობის რაოდენობა შეადგენს 868 672 ადამიანს[3].
ეკონომიკა
ქალაქში არსებობს სარკინიგზო ვაგზალი, უნივერსიტეტი და საერთაშორისო აეროპორტი. კისანგანიში მდებარეობს უნივერსიტეტი, რეგიონული მუზეუმი. კისანგანი — სასოფლო-სამეურნეო რაიონის ცენტრია, ხდება სასოფლო-სამეურნეო ნედლეულის პირველადი გადამუშავება (ბრინჯის და ბამბის). ქალაქში არსებობს კვების, საფეიქრო, ქიმიური მრეწველობის; ხის გადამამუშავებელი, სამშენებლო მასალების დამამზადებელი საწარმოები.
