ლაბუანი (ჯავი: لابوان), ოფიციალურად ლაბუანის ფედერალური ტერიტორია (მალაიური: Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, ჯავი: ولايه ڤرسكوتوان لابوان) — მალაიზიის ფედერალური ტერიტორია. ის შედგება ეპონიმური მალაის და კიდევ სხვა მცირე ექვსი კუნძულისგან. მდებარეობს აღმოსავლეთ მალაიზიაში, საბაჰის შტატის სანაპიროსთან. მისი დედაქალაქია ვიქტორია და წარმოადგენს ოფშორულ ფინანსურ ცენტრს. სახელი ლაბუანი მომდინარეობს მალაიური სიტყვა labuhan-დან, რაც ნავსადგურს ნიშნავს.[3]
