სამიზდატი (რუს. самиздат < «самсебяиздат» — „თვითგამომცემლობა“, „არაოფიციალური გამომცემლობა“) — დისიდენტური საქმიანობის მთავარი ფორმა საბჭოთა ბლოკში; აქტივისტები კუსტარულად აწარმოებდნენ აკრძალული პუბლიკაციების რეპროდუქციას, რომლებიც შემდეგ მკითხველებს შორის ხელიდან ხელში გადადიოდა, რაც წინააღმდეგობის მოძრაობისთვის პლატფორმის შექმნას უწყობდა ხელს 1980-იან წლებში. ამგვარი პრაქტიკა უკიდურესად საშიში იყო, ვინაიდან გამოაშკარავების შემთხვევაში უმკაცრესად ისჯებოდა.
