ცელსუსის ბიბლიოთეკა — ანტიკური შენობა ეფესოში, ანატოლიაში. დღესდღეობით თურქეთის შემადგენლობაშია. აშენებულია ანტიკური ხანის ბერძენის, ტიბერიუს იულიუს ცელსუს პოლემეანუსის მიერ.[1][2] ცელსუსის ბიბლიოთეკის მშენებლობა დასრულდა ჩვენი წელთაღრიცხვით 135 წელს, მისი ვაჟის, გაიუს იულიუს აქვილას მიერ (კონსული, 110 წ.). ცელსუსი მდიდარი და ცნობილი მოქალაქე იყო, 92 წელს ეკავა კონსულის თანამდებობა, 115 წელს კი იყო აზიის პროვინციის მმართველი. ცელსუსი წარმოშობით სარდისის მიდამოებიდან იყო, იგი ბერძნებს შორის[3] გახდა პირველი, რომელიც რომის იმპერიაში კონსულად აირჩიეს და ბიბლიოთეკაში მოიხსენიება, როგორც ბერძენად, ასევე რომაელად.[4] ბიბლიოთეკის მშენებლობას ცელსუსი საკუთარი სახსრებით აფინანსებდა.[5]

შენობაში ინახებოდა 12 000 გრაგნილი, ამავდროულად იყო ცელსუსის მონუმენტური საფლავი. ცელსუსი დაკრძალულია ბიბლიოთეკაში სარკოფაგის ქვეშ.[6] იმ დროისთვის უჩვეულო იყო ბიბლიოთეკაში ან თუნდაც ქალაქის შიგნით დასაფლავება, შესაბამისად, ცელსუსის ასეთი დაკრძალვა მისდამი უდიდესი პატივისცემის ნიშანია.
