Secret World Live აგრეთვე გამოვიდა ფილმის სახით. მასში ასახულია პიტერ გებრიელის მიერ 1993 წელს ქალაქ მოდენაში ჩატარებული კონცერტი. ფილმის რეჟისორია ფრანსუა ჟირარდი.

ჩანაწერი 2003 წელს DVD-ზე გამოვიდა, ხოლო 2012 წელს [1]- Blu-Ray დისკის ფორმატში. ამ გამოცემაში დამატებულია „Red Rain“, რომელიც ამოღებული იყო ორიგინალური ვიდეოდან.
